Personality Plus written by Florence Littauer. It's a book that I would definitely recommend to EVERYONE to read! Littauer categorizes everyone in the world into to four basic personalities. However, keep in mind that everyone is not made from a cookie cutter so many people have a mixture of personalities. I cannot stress enough, though, how much this book influences/has influenced my life...on a day to day basis! It helps me to understand my children's personalities and not be annoyed.
